FREMONT, CA — September 9, 2016 — Charter, a Canadian communications technology leader based in Victoria, BC, has been named one of the 20 Most Promising IT Infrastructure Solution Providers 2016 in the annual ranking from CIOReview, the magazine announced today.

Over the past few months, CIOReview magazine analyzed hundreds of IT Infrastructure Solution Providers and shortlisted the companies at the forefront of tackling challenges in the IT Infrastructure space. A distinguished panel consisting of CEOs, CIOs, and analysts selected the list of 20 Most Promising IT Infrastructure Solution Providers 2016.
