Charter Opens Fourth Office

Leading network supplier Charter is expanding, with the building and completion of a fourth office located in Vancouver, BC.

The new office, 2000 square feet of offices and laboratory space, will form the hub of Charter’s distributed call centre, which provides front line technical support for Charter clients across western Canada.

“This represents a big step forward for both Charter’s clients and staff alike,” says President and CEO Paul Chandler. “A great space like this will prove a common location and purpose for bringing our staff together, which will ultimately provide a great customer experience.”

“Charter’s new Vancouver office joins premises in Victoria, Calgary and Edmonton. The company has steadily grown since its inception in 1997, becoming one of the top network infrastructure providers in western Canada, and forming innovative partnerships with leading suppliers Juniper, Avaya, MRV and Radware.”

Named one of Business in Vancouver magazine’s top 100 fastest-growing companies in BC in 2007, Charter supplies converged network solutions and services to major clients across several key industry niches, including utilities, governments, educational institutions, network carriers and large corporations.
