Charter Telecom announced today the appointment of Kegan Adams to the role of Chief Operating Officer at Charter Telecom. His previous role of Director of Service Delivery will remain as part of his portfolio. “Kegan is a great addition to the executive team” stated Kelly Michell, President of Charter. “Kegan’s appointment to the role of COO further cements our agenda of aligning our people, processes and business initiatives toward simplifying IT and empowering the digital transformation agendas of our customers” Michell continued.
As Chief Operating Officer, Kegan Adams’ primary areas of accountability are to translate the Company’s strategy into actionable performance and growth goals and to ensure Charter continues to enhance its high performance, people-centric team environment. “I look forward to leveraging my experience in coaching and mentoring to oversee company operations and employee productivity, analyzing internal operations, and continuing our efforts in the areas of process enhancement, building a highly inclusive culture, ensuring our team members thrive and that organizational outcomes are met”, responded Kegan Adams.
In the role of COO and working closely with the Executive team at Charter, his responsibilities include managing critical projects, overseeing day-to-day operations, and leading Charter’s Service Delivery team. This includes Project Management, Professional Services, Managed Services and Customer Technology Lifecycle Management teams and internal IT Operations, while providing industry leading customer experiences.
